Position: Security Supervisor
Location: Real Star Security (66 McChlery Ave Eastlea, Zimbabwe)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated, vigilant, and hands-on Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across our sites. The successful candidate will have to manage onsite and off-site training, client liaison, deploy security personnel, conduct site patrols, and ensure strict adherence to security protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and deploy security personnel, ensuring guards remain alert, disciplined, and operate according to company standards.
Site Checks: Conduct regular day and night site visits, patrols, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Incident Management: Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and abnormal occurrences; investigate and submit accurate reports.
Training: Conduct on-site training, drills, and briefings for junior guards.
Investigations – Carry out detailed investigations of incidents at Site premises and submit reports to Management,
Report Writing – Generate detailed and factual investigation reports for both clients and management
Discipline – enforce discipline and compliance to company rules and regulations om subordinates
Security Audits/Surveys – Carry out detailed security audits or surveys for both management and the client
Communication – communicate all incidents occurring at client premises to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the working for a reputable private security company, specifically in a supervisory role
Certificate or better in Security Management or relevant qualification from a reputable institution.
Clean Class 3 or 4 Driver’s Licence is required.
Minimum of 5 O’ Levels including English Language.
Ex-police or military background is a strong advantage.
Sound knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response.
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
