Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily new business acquisition.
  • Maintenance of current customer base.
  • Analyse market for strategic planning purposes.
  • Liaise with other sales and marketing personnel within the company to work out of the best methods of promoting the company.
  • Expediting orders and feedback to customers.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Operational assistance as and when required.
  • Work closely with the sales co-ordinator for the KZN area.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Grade 12 and strong basic math skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.
  • Sales / marketing qualification (highly advantageous).
  • Computer literacy essential and fluent in MS Office.
Core Competencies:
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Able to work without direct supervision.
  • Able to clearly present product and service information.
  • Good personal presentation.
  • Strong reporting and ministration abilities on MS Office programmes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, confident and able to handle rejection.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter and target driven.
  • Well organized.
  • Meticulous / attention to detail.
  • Responsible.
  • Reliable.
