A specialist engineering company in the liquid automation and process control sector is looking for a Sales Engineer to grow business across key industrial markets. This role is ideal for a technically strong sales professional with experience in flow measurement, metering systems, process control, and liquid handling applications.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven external sales experience within liquid automation, process instrumentation, or flow control
- Strong understanding of flow meters, dosing systems, valves, pumps, tank gauging, or related process equipment
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical qualification
- Experience calling on clients within industries such as oil & gas, chemical, water treatment, food & beverage, or bulk liquids
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Job Experience & Skills Required
- New business development and key account management
- Technical solution selling into industrial processing environments
- Assisting clients with process optimisation and automation solutions
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Building relationships with plant engineers, operations teams, and project houses
- Self-managed and target-driven individual
