Sales Consultant - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the allocated region.
  • Maintain and grow an existing customer base while actively sourcing new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and adherence to sales processes.

Solution Selling & Product Knowledge:

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Deliver a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve offerings and service delivery.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technical sales within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation.
