Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the allocated region.
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base while actively sourcing new clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and adherence to sales processes.
Solution Selling & Product Knowledge:
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Deliver a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Gather client feedback to continuously improve offerings and service delivery.
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction, or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technical sales within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of new business development and revenue generation.
