Sales Assistant - Windhoek

We are looking for a Sales Assistant.
Job description:
This position is for candidates who are eager to take full advantage of our training and development initiatives to ensure we continue with our excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include: 
Sales generation, housekeeping, protection of company assets, administration and customer care.
The position is structured with a basic salary and overtime (Sundays and public holidays) with additional benefits: medical aid, pension fund, staff discount and In-store incentive scheme.

Key Requirements:

• Completed Matric (or equivalent qualification)
• A minimum of 1 year retail sales experience
• Proven track record of sales generation
• An affinity for outdoor or leisure related products and services advantageous
• Excellent verbal communication skills as it is expected to engage with customers and suppliers
