Sales Assistant

About the Role

You’ll be on the frontline helping customers find the right solar and lighting solutions, driving sales, and keeping our busy field operations running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love closing deals, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage sales agents, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products for their customers.
• Drive sales targets and follow up on leads.
• Handle inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain product knowledge on solar, electrical, and related equipment.
• Support with basic quotes, invoicing, and after-sales follow-up.
• Work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Age: 21–35 years.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in a busy retail/service environment.
• Experience in solar, electrical installation, or related technical sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with targets/KPIs.
