Strong experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP
Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules
Business process analysis and optimisation experience
Requirements gathering and solution design
Configuration and customisation of Sage X3
Experience with Sage X3 development tools and 4GL scripting
Data migration, integration, and system upgrades
User training and stakeholder engagement
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Report writing and dashboard development
Knowledge of SQL databases and database management
Experience working on ERP implementation projects
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Project management and documentation experience

Relevant IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business degree/diploma
Sage X3 certifications advantageous
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or financial services environments
