Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross‑border roadfreight movements into and out of South Africa.
• Ensure compliance with customs documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with transporters, clearing agents, and clients to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing accurate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and process invoices, costings, and operational reports.
• Resolve queries and discrepancies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• 3–5 years’ experience in cross‑border roadfreight operations within clearing & forwarding.
• Solid understanding of customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics essential.
• Computer literacy (MS Office; CargoWise preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.
