About the RG Laboratory Technician Role As an RG Laboratory Technician at BULK, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and reliable laboratory results through meticulous testing and maintenance of equipment. The position is full-time within the Laboratory Services department and requires a proactive individual committed to upholding high quality control standards.

You will be responsible for verifying blends and traded materials against supplier specifications, supporting quality assurance, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities for RG Laboratory Technician Jobs in Kalumbila Conduct routine laboratory analyses, including sample preparation and testing.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment daily. Record, analyze, and interpret test data with precision and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and safety regulations. Maintain comprehensive documentation and laboratory records.

Manage inventory levels of consumables and reagents, assisting with stock control. Participate actively in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities.

Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and processes as needed. Perform daily reactive ground testing, including ISO thermal and temperature ramping tests.

Conduct routine QAQC tests on manufactured emulsions, APX, or EGA deliveries. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

Qualifications and Experience Degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of three years’ laboratory experience is preferred.

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality systems, and safety practices. Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good computer literacy and data management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience with D365 software is an added advantage.
