  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering establishments.
 
Knowledge
  • Restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Stock control and inventory management.
  • Budgeting and cost control.
  • Customer service practices.
