1. Background

In accordance with the Hailemariam & Roman Foundation’s Purchase and Procurement Policy, qualified and competent Audit Firms are hereby invited to submit proposals for the multiannual audit services of the CET1120 Project.

2. Scope Of Work

The audit services cover the initial/institutional audit for the period from August 4, 2023, to July 7, 2025, as well as subsequent annual audits. Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) are attached to this RFP.
