Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking or Business.
Professional banking or finance qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA, ZICA) are an added advantage.
Knowledge of Zambian business sectors and market dynamics.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SME/Business/Corporate Banking.
Strong sales and relationship management skills.
