Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company’s online community across digital platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor online conversations and ensure positive customer engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution effectively.
  • Support online campaigns and awareness initiatives related to healthcare and hygiene.
  • Track engagement trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years experience in community management, customer service, relationship management, or social media engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of social media and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to manage online communities professionally and efficiently.
  • Experience in the healthcare, hygiene, wellness, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Monthly
