Position: Receptionist
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Job Summary:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and other stakeholders, providing professional customer service while supporting front-office and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
• Maintain visitor and reception records.
• Respond to emails and routine enquiries.
• Direct visitors and enquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Provide administrative support to the office.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Front Office, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous receptionist or customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
