1. Front Desk & Admin
. Greet visitors, anser calls and direct inquiries proffetionally.
. Manage Appointments, meeting rooms and vistor logs.
. Handle incoming/ outgoing mail, emails and documents
2. Basic Accounting Support
. Prepare and record daily sales, receipts and invoices in the system.
. Process petty cash and maintain records.
. Liase with the Accountant or finance team for documentation and queries.
3. Customer Service
. Handle clients queries calmly and escalete issues when needed.
. Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area.
. Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.
