What is expected of you
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Support the preparation of tenders and bid documents
- Assist with procurement documentation and contractor evaluations
- Conduct basic site measurements and support progress tracking
- Help evaluate claims and prepare interim payment certificates
- Attend site meetings and draft reports
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Engineering Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (completed or Final Year)
- Completion of at least one industrial attachment or internship during studies
- Basic understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
ATTENTION: The successful applicant will be trained on the job, but we will expect applicants to have a good standard of education in an appropriate area and previous experience in construction nd quantity surveying, and a background working within an operations/infrastructure industry is essential.
