Responsibilities:

Quantity take-off and measurement skills.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Cost estimation and budgeting.
Tender preparation and evaluation.
Cost planning and cost control.
Valuation of work done.
Interim payment certification.
Final account preparation.
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Risk assessment and cost analysis.
Prepare project budgets.
Monitor project expenditure and also analyse costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
