We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience working in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost analysis
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and project managers
- Assist with the procurement of materials and services
- Provide advice on cost planning and value engineering
- Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
- Assess and certify payments to contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant Quantity Surveying software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building regulations and codes
