Responsibilities:
- Calculating material quantities, costs, labour costs and achievable timeframes.
- Negotiating labour contracts and schedules.
- Preparing bill of quantities for ongoing and intending projects
- Negotiating and managing procurement processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying
- At least 2 years of experience
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 400,000 Monthly
