Responsibilities

• Take and prepare representative samples from the conveyor belt for analysis.
• Perform sieve analysis and moisture content tests on ore stockpiles.
• Operate and calibrate X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometers in the lab.
• Monitor the grade control processes to ensure optimal ore blending.
• Reject off-spec material and quarantine non-conforming products.
• Prepare daily quality reports for the Processing Plant Manager.
