Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust QA processes, including automation frameworks, test plans, and test cases
• Develop and execute automated test suites (functional, regression, integration, API) to ensure software quality at scale
• Collaborate closely with developers, product, and operations teams to ensure requirements are testable and delivered to a high standard
• Identify, track, and manage defects, working with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into build and deployment workflows
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, metrics, and testing strategies across the team

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education 
Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
 
Experience 
Proven experience in software QA / test engineering, with strong exposure to automation testing
Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks and suites
Exposure to agile environments and full SDLC processes
 
Skills 

• Strong programming or scripting ability (C# highly advantageous)
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, exploratory testing)
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g. Git)
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
