Background
A reputable cleaning company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the following position in its Janitorial and Horticulture Services project in Itezhi-Tezhi.
PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Minimum Requirements:
- Zambian with a valid National Registration Card (NRC)
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in project management or supervision
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and project management tools
- Strong financial and resource management skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Age: 25 – 45 years
