Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
Prepare project budgets and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish project objectives and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Develop risk management and contingency plans for projects.
Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.
Coordinate architects, designers, site teams, contractors, and consultants.
Ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources.
Resolve project issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project duration.
Conduct project kick-off and progress review meetings.
Provide regular project status updates to clients and management.
Address client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Lead, supervise, and motivate project team members.
Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Foster teamwork and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and final project reports.
Maintain project documentation including: Project schedules, Budgets and cost reports, Site reports, Meeting minutes, Change requests, Risk registers and Handover documents
Ensure proper filing and archiving of project records.
