We seek to appoint a highly motivated and professionally registered Electrical Engineer to strengthen our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of electrical engineering projects.
• Prepare feasibility studies, technical reports, specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
• Perform power system studies, load assessments, and electrical designs for LV and MV networks.
• Manage projects from inception through commissioning and handover.
• Conduct site inspections, quality assurance reviews, and construction supervision.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, utility providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor graduate engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Namibian standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BEng/BSc Eng) in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional registration as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) 
• Minimum 5–10 years' relevant post-graduate experience in consulting engineering, power systems, building services, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Valid driver's licence.
