PRODUCTION MANAGER with PRINTING Industry experience
* Flexographic (Flexo) will be an Advantage, but NOT
Mandatory
* Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial, Electrical OR
Related Field)
* PRINTING experience
* Minimum 5 Years' experience in PRODUCTION
MANAGEMENT
* Experience in LEAN MANUFACTURING, SIX SIGMA OR
SAFETY MANAGEMENT
* Leadership Experience in a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION Team
* Strong Understanding of PRODUCTION PROCESSES,
EQUIPMENT & QUALITY
* Working SHIFT/OVERTIME/WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS,
if and when required
* Clean Criminal Record - will be verified
