PRODUCTION MANAGER

B.Eng/BSc Eng. Agricultural/Industrial Engineering; Adv. MSOffice/Excel 5+ years of experience food/fresh produce processing/ canning/bottling. Must be a natural leader/strategic/structured thinker/able to work in a structured way/under pressure/have integrity/initiative/energy/drive/a positive/level-headed mindset/display attention to detail. Have strong communication/ people/management/analytical skills/financial acumen/ budget control discipline/proven leadership exp.in managing multiple production lines/teams. A technically competent individual with an understand of production machinery/performance metrics/process efficiency/and can drive continuous improvement across all production areas. Must have strong food/ produce production processing knowledge/proven technical knowledge of canning/bottling processes/ machinery/quality control/working knowledge of HACCP/FSSC 22000/ISO 9001/ISO 18000/related standards/advanced troubleshooting skills/determining causes of operating errors. Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production within the processing facility/ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently/cost-effectively/safely/maintaining food safety/quality standards.
