About the Role: - we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage all production activities in our furniture manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, meeting production targets, and leading the production team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily furniture production operations.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Manage and supervise production staff, including carpenters, machine operators, and assemblers.
- Ensure optimal utilization of materials, machinery, and labor resources.
- Implement quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Prepare production reports and provide recommendations to management.
