Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Product Technical Lead / App Development Supervisor to oversee the development of a multi-service super app platform. You will serve as the primary technical representative, ensuring the outsourced development team delivers the project according to the approved product blueprint and high-quality technical standards.
Working Arrangement
- Mostly remote / virtual work
- Office visits may be required and will be discussed and agreed during the interview (not expected weekly)
- Must be available for important meetings, critical updates, and urgent technical matters
- Required to submit detailed weekly progress reports
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the outsourced development team regularly
- Ensure all blueprint features and requirements are correctly implemented
- Review technical execution, including:
- Code quality
- System architecture
- Maintainability and technical consistency
- Ensure proper integration of:
- Payment gateways
- Third-party APIs
- Validate and oversee critical integrations, including:
- National ID verification flow and related checks
- Other key end-to-end system dependencies
- Perform and oversee testing activities, including:
- Functional testing
- Integration testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Oversee full source code handover, including:
- Repository structure (e.g., Git)
- Deployment knowledge
- Documentation quality
- Knowledge transfer sessions
- Support creation of required App Policies, including:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms of Service
- Safety Guidelines
- Data Protection statements
- Identify and report risks, delays, and quality issues immediately
- Coordinate effectively between business requirements and technical execution
- Support final readiness activities, including:
- Final testing
- App Store submission support
- Launch readiness validation
