The successful candidate will have solid experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination
• Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a multinational/global environment (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisitions to purchase order creation and delivery
• Conduct supplier evaluations, track performance, and build long-term partnerships
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
• Analyse procurement data and prepare reports on spend, cost savings, and supplier performance
• Support inventory management and coordinate with logistics to ensure the timely delivery of goods
• Collaborate with finance to align payment terms, credit limits, and invoicing processes
• Identify and implement cost optimisation and value improvement opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) with strong data analysis and reporting skills
• ERP system exposure (Sage X3, SAP, and Syspro) advantageous
• Strong numerical, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail
