Key Responsibilities

• Operates a Tractor Loader Backhoe.
• Checks tyre pressure.
• Reports cuts or uneven wear
• Checks coolant, oil and fuel levels.
• Drains condensation.
• Cleans / blows air cleaner/filters and breathers
• Tightens loose nuts, grease machines, refuels ad cleans the machines.
• Tops up batteries with distilled water, detects corrosion, checks damages remove replace batteries

Requirements

• STD 7/PSLE or Junior Certificate
• In addition, the candidate must have successfully completed a heavy plant operator course on Tractor Loader backhoe (T.
• L.
• B.) with Certificates from a recognized or accredited institution.
• Possess experience with Bulldozer and Front End Loader Machine, Grader, Scrapper (added advantage).
• Possess the approved driver's license (H) i.e.
• Special Type for Tractor Loader Backhoe and other Machines (added advantage).
• Serving candidates should have served a minimum of two (2) years satisfactory service as Plant Operator II B3 salary scale.
