Our client is a growing behavioral health organization that specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The company is dedicated to helping children develop essential communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through personalized treatment plans. Core Responsibilities:

• Extract and pull data from Central Reach (ABA platform)
• Input and transfer data into Viventium payroll system
• Process payroll end-to-end (run payroll cycles accurately and on time)
• Generate and review payroll reports
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data
• Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries (e.g., missing or incorrect payments)
• Handle basic HR/payroll support tasks such as:

1. Verification of Employment (VOE) requests
2. Benefits eligibility questions
3. Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal processes

• Coordinate and reference data using tools like Monday.com (plus collaboration tracking if needed)
