Passenger Vehicle Stock Controller / Invoice Clerk - Gauteng, Northern Suburbs

Responsibilities:

• Process new and used vehicle invoices accurately and timeously
• Capture vehicle stock onto the dealer management system
• Ensure all vehicle costing and pricing information is correct
• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records
• Process vehicle receipts, transfers and stock movements
• Prepare vehicle files and ensure all required documentation is complete
• Liaise with the sales department, finance department and management regarding vehicle stock and invoicing
• Reconcile vehicle stock and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end stock takes and reporting
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies
• Maintain accurate filing and record keeping
• Perform general administrative duties as required

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Stock Controller, Vehicle Invoice Clerk or similar dealership administration role in the motor industry
• Experience within a passenger vehicle dealership is essential
• Working knowledge of dealer management systems
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
