Job Summary:
- The Panel Beater is responsible for repairing, reshaping, replacing, and restoring damaged vehicle body panels, battery housing structures, and metal components used in SGX Mobility's electric motorcycles and mobility equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged motorcycle frames and body panels.
- Reshape and straighten dented metal components.
- Replace damaged body parts and structures.
- Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing.
- Conduct welding and metal fabrication repairs where necessary.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
- Maintain tools and workshop equipment.
- Report major structural defects to supervisors.
KPIs:
- Number of repairs completed.
- Repair turnaround time.
- Quality acceptance rate.
- Rework incidents.
- Safety compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
- Trade Test Certificate or Technical Training Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
