A Well established company in Cape Town is looking for an Operations Manager (Food Industry).
Qualification:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in the restaurant / food industry
- Restaurant experience is preferred
- Experience in Hr – Managing Disciplinaries and other Hr related issues – just basic understanding as the HR Lady would do this
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- Experience supervising staff
- The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent Time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Have excellent communications skills
