Operational Manager

Job Summary

Operational Manager who'll provide active business partnership and collaboration with functional Leadership in meeting Business and Operational objectives, along with interpreting financial information and highlighting business opportunities, challenges, and risks for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the company.
• Ensure efficient management of logistics, inventory, and operational processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and operational safety.
• Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Support management in achieving organizational goals and business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the healthcare sector
• At least 3 years in a hospital
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Core Skills: Supply chain management, budget planning, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.
