OEM - Automotive Fleet Aftersales Administrator - Gauteng, Northern Suburbs

Job Details

Duties include:

  • Monitor and track vehicle downtime (VOR), repair progress, and parts availability.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, dealerships, technical teams, warranty, and parts departments.
  • Proactively monitor outstanding repairs and escalate delays to minimise vehicle off-road time.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation relating to fleet service cases.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet Service Department.
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Assist with coordinating cross-functional activities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Qualified Trade Test Technician.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an automotive administrative or aftersales support role.
  • Previous experience within an automotive fleet, dealership, or aftersales environment will be highly advantageous.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while working under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a strong service delivery mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible, resilient, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Willingness to travel and work additional hours when operationally required.
