OC INSPECTOR (Welding Processes)
Responsibilities
- Conduct Inspections on Products to ensure Compliance with Quality Standards
- Document Inspection results & Maintain accurate Records
- Identify & Report any non-conformities
- Collaborate with the Production team to address quality issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 Years' experience in Quality Control within an Engineering, Fabrication OR Manufacturing environment
- Ability to Read & Interpret Engineering Drawings
- Strong understanding of Inspection Methods, Tolerances & Measurement Tools (Callipers, Micrometers, Gauges)
- Experience in Mechanical OR Structural Fabrication OC
- Knowledge of WELDING Processes & Standards (e.g. AWS, ISO, SANS)
- Exposure to ISO 9001 Systems
- Experience creating or working with OCPs, ITPs & Checklists
- Familiarity with Non-destructive Testing(NDT) basics
