? NIGHT SHIFT FLEET CONTROLLER

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Fleet Controller to join our client's dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating fleet operations during the night shift, ensuring efficient vehicle movement, on-time deliveries, and effective communication with drivers and clients.

• Monitor and track vehicle movements using fleet tracking systems.

• Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and operational requirements.

• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle breakdowns, delays, incidents, and other operational issues.

• Maintain communication with clients and provide updates on deliveries.

• Monitor driver compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

• Complete shift reports and ensure accurate record keeping.

• Conduct handovers with day shift controllers and management.

• Assist with route planning and operational problem-solving.

• Previous experience as a Fleet Controller, Transport Controller, or in a logistics environment.

• Strong computer literacy and experience with vehicle tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
