Internal Auditor (1 Position) Reporting to:
Chief Executive Officer The Internal Auditor will independently assess internal controls, risk management, governance, and compliance across Bulk Oil, Cold Chain, and Dry Goods divisions.
This role focuses on identifying risks, enhancing controls, and protecting company assets. Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan covering all operational areas and support functions.
Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and inventory audits. Investigate fraud, inventory discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare audit reports and monitor the implementation of recommendations. Support enterprise risk management, external audits, and corporate governance efforts.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full Grade 12 School Certificate and Bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ZICA, CIMA, or CIA preferred.
At least three years’ experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, or financial controls, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or agribusiness.
Knowledge of Zambian tax laws, VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and audit software.
Competencies include strong analytical skills, ethical integrity, independence, and effective communication.

Accountant (1 Position) Reporting to:
Finance Manager The Accountant will support the management of financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and sound financial controls to facilitate informed business decisions.
Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare financial statements and management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and audit coordination.
Strengthen internal controls and support continuous improvement of financial systems.
Provide coaching and supervision to finance staff and support expansion initiatives through financial modelling.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full Grade 12 School Certificate and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, ZICA, CIMA).
Minimum three years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
Chartered Accountant status and ZICA membership preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Stock Controller (1 Position) Reporting to:
Manager Cold Chain Operations The Stock Controller will monitor and manage inventory for raw materials, carcasses, packaging, and finished meat products, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a meat processing environment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts with variance reconciliation. Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch processes adhering to FIFO/FEFO principles.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and inventory standards. Collaborate with production, sales, logistics, and finance teams for efficient stock management.
Support stock planning and replenishment to meet operational demands.
Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 School Certificate with a certificate or diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
At least three years’ experience in stock control, preferably in meat processing, food production, or FMCG manufacturing.
Experience with stock management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Competencies include strong numerical skills, accuracy, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.

Distribution Assistant (1 Position) Reporting to:
Partnership Assistant The Distribution Assistant supports timely and accurate distribution of products by coordinating order preparation, loading, dispatch, and delivery documentation.
Prepare and verify customer orders for dispatch.
Coordinate loading and delivery in line with schedules.
Ensure accurate completion of delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor stock movements and reconcile dispatch records.
Liaise with sales, warehouse, and transport teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
Maintain distribution records and prepare routine reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
Minimum two years’ experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Ability to read and write; valid Class B driver’s licence required.
Key competencies include record keeping, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
