Position: Marketing Executive

Role Summary

The Marketing Executive supports the hotel’s marketing activities by managing social media platforms, producing marketing materials, and coordinating campaigns across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and posting schedule
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print use
• Support marketing needs of departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage, and Spa
• Coordinate with the regional marketing team to align with brand campaigns
• Work with external vendors including printers, influencers, and media teams
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across all materials
• Campaign reporting and marketing performance monitoring

Required Skills

Marketing & Communication

• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to plan and support marketing campaigns
• Strong copywriting for promotional messaging

Creative Execution

• Basic to intermediate Canva design skills
• Ability to create marketing visuals and simple video edits
• Understanding of marketing collateral production

• Ability to manage multiple requests from different departments
• Strong time management and prioritization
• Vendor coordination and follow-up
