MARKETING Assistant

We are looking for a creative, passionate and results-driven Marketing Assistant with proven experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin, etc.).
• Create engaging content including graphics, videos and captions.
• Plan and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Respond to customer enquiries across digital platforms.
• Support the promotion of training courses, products and events.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies.

FULL-TIME POSITION

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms.
• Experience using graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative, organised and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
