About the Marketing Assistant Role As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that enhance the institute’s visibility and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include managing our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, creating compelling multimedia content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities for Marketing Assistant Jobs in Lusaka Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns aligned with institutional goals. Manage and grow social media channels, including content creation and scheduling.
Produce engaging graphics, videos, and written content to attract and retain audiences. Monitor social media metrics and prepare detailed marketing performance reports.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries across digital platforms to maintain positive engagement. Support promotional activities for training courses, products, and events.
Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies. Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and social media management. Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative and organized approach to work.
