Manager / Senior Manager (Advisory Services)

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a high-calibre Manager or Senior Manager to join and help build a fast-growing Advisory practice within a dynamic firm. This is a leadership role suited for a commercially minded professional with strong technical expertise across corporate finance and advisory services.

Key Service Lines:

·       Financial modelling and business planning

·       Company valuations

·       Treasury Management

·       Transaction advisory (M&A, buy/sell side support)

·       Due diligence (financial and commercial)

·       Independent business reviews

·       Restructuring and turnaround

·       Fractional CFO and strategic finance support

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and deliver advisory engagements end-to-end

·       Develop and review complex financial models

·       Perform valuation analyses using multiple methodologies

·       Manage buy-side and sell-side M&A processes

·       Lead financial due diligence assignments

·       Support restructuring and turnaround projects

·       Provide fractional CFO services to SME clients

·       Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

·       Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development

·       Mentor and develop junior team members (as team grows)

Requirements:

·       Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent

·       5–10+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 / consulting background preferred)

·       Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

·       Experience in transactions, valuation or restructuring is highly desirable

·       Commercially aware with strong business acumen

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Ability to work independently in a senior-led environment
