Job Purpose:

To oversee the day to day operations of the store, ensure the achievement of business objectives, lead staff, promote operational efficiency, profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily business operations
• Lead, motivate and manage employees ensuring high performance and discipline
• Manage store resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of assets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field; Hospitality is an added advantage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a retail or fast-food environment.
• Integrity, accuracy, and strong communication and problem solving skills.
