Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out effective fault-finding.
• Maintain and repair production, packaging, refrigeration and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system faults.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety and food industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with spare parts and asset management.

• Trade-Tested Millwright (essential).
• 3-5 years' maintenance experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Experience working on automated production machinery.
• Strong fault-finding skills on both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Solid experience with:
• 3-phase motors
• Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)
• Pneumatic systems
• Industrial sensors
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and machine schematics.
• Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
