Maintenance Supervisor

This is a stunning intimate luxury safari lodge sleeping a maximum of 8 guests at a time. Your main objective would be to oversee all maintenance operations across the lodge; safety, functionality, and appearance of buildings, guest areas, staff accommodation, vehicles, equipment, and utilities.

Core Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality, even better in safari lodge environment.
• Qualification or extensive work experience in electrical, plumbing and or mechanical work strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of solar systems, borehole pumps, generators advantageous.
• Must have a Valid drivers licence (PDP beneficial).

• maintenance team, maintain service schedules, and ensure the
• lodge operates smoothly at all times.
• Preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections of  buildings, guest areas, staff quarters, vehicles, solar systems, generators, and water systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults promptly.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and structural repairs.

• Food allowance or staff meals included, medical aid contribution if certificate with certain providers is proven.
• Accommodation is newly built.
