This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead the guest experience and daily lodge operations while inspiring a high-performing team and delivering world-class service in a prestigious safari environment. Key Requirements • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a senior lodge management or guest services role within a 5-star safari lodge or luxury boutique hotel. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury service standards. • Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Sound understanding of luxury lodge operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guiding and Maintenance. • Strong administrative, financial and stock control experience. • Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and HACCP standards. • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Property Management Systems. • Valid South African driver's licence and own transport essential. • Professional, adaptable and guest-focused with exceptional attention to detail.
