Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in microfinance and lending? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Market and sell the company's loan products.
  • Identify and recruit new clients, particularly government employees.
  • Assess and process loan applications in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor loan repayments and support collection efforts.
  • Achieve monthly sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all credit and operational procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Minimum Diploma in any Business-related course.
  • Strong understanding of government payroll deduction systems.
  • Knowledge of microfinance credit procedures and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Experience needed

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, particularly targeting government employees.
