LIFE GUARD

Customer Service

• Converses with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Offers solutions to guests’ requests and complaints.
• Carefully supervises the safety of all guests and team members in the pool (especially children), and provides assistance to guests in the pool whenever needed.
• Helps Mini Club Assistants during mini club activities in the pool.

Communication

• Attends all meetings relevant to beach service whenever required.

Health & Safety Prevention

• Systematically advises guests entering the pool on precautions to be taken (e.g. No Diving).
• Provides assistance to guests in the pool area to move in case of bad weather or other emergency situations.
• Rescues or provides First Aid to guests and team members in the pool or at sea and makes proper use of the buoy, whenever required.

Pool Operations

• Checks that the chlorine level in the pool water is adequate.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the water and pool surroundings in liaison with the Maintenance Department.
• Checks that only plastic cups are used around the pool.
• Ensures that pool deckchairs and mattresses are aligned and clean.
• Checks that pool umbrellas are opened, clean and in good operating condition, before pool opening hours.

• School Certificate/ O Level
• Certificate in Lifesaving from a recognized institution

•  2-4 Years of Experience in similar position.

• First Aid Certificate
• Life Saver Certificate
