Lead Process Engineer - Aluminium Recycling

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize the aluminum recycling process from scrap receiving, sorting and pretreatment through melting, alloying, metal treatment, and casting.
• Improve plant efficiency by increasing metal recovery, reducing energy consumption, minimizing waste and enhancing product quality.
• Provide technical leadership to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process performance, investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support reliability and quality improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in aluminum recycling, secondary aluminum production, or melting and casting operations.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, metallurgy, alloy chemistry, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Fluent in English.
